User Manual
Your ELYSEE RALLY TIMER I has been developed for use in car rallies (TSD).
The stopwatch pushers are positioned for optimal useability between 11 and 1 o'clock.
Readability is always guaranteed through the antirefl ective lens and the luminous hands.
The RALLY TIMER I with white dial is also equipped with luminous dial.
For optimal time measurement in a time trial, turn the moveable outer bezel so the
00-point is at the required second position. The driver must reach this check point at
the set time.
The co-driver can now tell the driver his exact time checks at the relevant time.
We wish you much pleasure and success with your ELYSEE RALLY TIMER I.
For Example – time set for the TSD: 13 min, 44 seconds
• Driver and co-driver agree from which point the countdown should begin;
w
here, we assume: 20 seconds
w
• before the start the moveable bezel is turned to the 44 position.
w
• Start: Set the stopwatch off (pusher at 11 o'clock)
• the co-driver guides the driver using the road map through the time trial
w
(TSD or target time)
w
• after no more than 13 minutes, 24 seconds the central hand of the stopwatch
crosses the 24 hour limit, the co-driver starts the countdown of the remaining
seconds and can easily read the remaining seconds on the outer bezel.
