This gauge is not waterproof. If liquid gets on the gauge, it may affect readings. Clean the gauge with a dry
cloth. If the problem persists, use WD40 for cleaning. Prevent liquid from entering the height gauge to avoid

1. Insert the CR2032 battery into the gage, with the positive side facing out (see fig. 1).
2. Clean the base and the bottom part of the measuring surface and scriber, install the scriber, then place the
height gage on the inspection plate.
3. Button functions:

"ON/OFF": Power on/off
»
"mm/in": Switching between mm and in units
»
"ABS/INC": Switching between absolute and relative measurement mode
»
"ZERO": Short press (<2 sec.) to set zero or display the initial value.
»
„P+", „P-": Setting the initial value. Long press (>2 sec.) the "ZERO" button ("SET" will start blinking on the
display). Short press (<2 sec.) the "P+" or "P-" button to increase or decrease the reading, then
short press (<2 sec.) the "ZERO" button to finish the setting.
4. Regularly check the accuracy of the initial reading. Turn the driving wheel so that the measuring surface and
the base are in contact with the plate. Short press the "ZERO" button to reset.
5. The carbide scriber is intended for scribing. Use the driving wheel to align the desired height with the scribing
line, then tighten the locking screw. Ensure the base moves smoothly on the inspection plate. Adjust the
contact pressure to avoid deep marks and damage.
