FIG 5 - Set cam screws:
Loosen the Close cam set screw and rotate the cam in a clockwise
direction to actuate the close limit switch. Also, the Close auxiliary
switch cam can be adjusted at this time too.
Firmly tighten the cam set screws.
To set the Open cam switches, repeat the previous instructions
except rotate the actuator to the open, counter-clockwise position
and rotate the Open cams in the counter clockwise direction to
actuate the Open switches.

The position of the valve is indicated by the visual dome indicator.
In closed position a small yellow part of the indicator is still visible.
LED lights illuminate to allow for easy visual confirmation of valve
position. If the position of the indicator is not aligned correctly,
an adjustment can be made by loosening the bolt and manually
turning the indicator to the proper location, then re-tightening the
bolt. It is important the LED lights illuminates in the endpositions,
otherwise the end switches are not adjusted correctly.

FIG 7 - Wire Connection Entries:
Cable entries should remain plugged with the plugs fitted on the
actutor from factory. When a cable is installed a cable gland of min-
imum same IP class as the actuator should be used to maintain the
IP protection class of the actuator.

Wire preparation
FIG 8 - Wiring Terminal:
Frese ROL-S Series uses the push type WAGO brand terminal strip to
allow easy wiring and to protect against vibration.

FIG 9 - Earth Terminal:
Be sure to properly ground the actuator wiring to the grounding
terminals provided on the inside and outside of the actuator body.
Both the inside and outside terminal can be used for grounding.
The internal grounding wire size shall be at least the same with the
conductor used. The earth terminal is prepared for wire size 4.5~5.0
mm².
