PRIOR TO FIRST USE
Before using the unit for the first time, clean it as described in the Cleaning chapter.
START-UP
Plug the connecting cable into the socket

The display then lights up briefly and a beep sounds.

Remove the cover and place the whisk in the centre of the glass container.
●
Place the glass container on the base station.
●
Put the milk into the glass container.
●
IMPORTANT!
Observe the minimum and maximum filling quantities. Frothed milk expands; if the filling level
is too high it will overflow the tank. Attention! The cover must always be on during operation.
Advice:
Refine your milk foam by adding syrup (e.g. vanilla, hazelnut or caramel syrup).
Especially when preparing latte macchiato, cappuccino or café au lait, coffee syrup provides
a special aromatic taste.
Put the syrup into the container together with the milk.
Place the lid back on.

Then touch the on/off button. Now select the desired mode using the setting button.

A LOT OF MILK FOAM
In this mode you can vary the temperature for the milk foam. You can choose a temperature
between 45°C and 65°C in 5°C steps. The maximum filling quantity is 200 ml, but fill at least
100 ml.

Press the setting button once. The temperature display flashes after 3 seconds.

As soon as the temperature display flashes, you can set the temperature from 45°C - 65°C
●
using the setting button.
After another three seconds, the unit automatically starts frothing.

When the process is finished, the unit switches off automatically.

LITTLE MILK FOAM
In this mode you can vary the temperature for the milk foam. You can choose a temperature
between 45°C and 65°C in 5°C steps. The maximum filling quantity is 200 ml, but fill at least
100 ml.
Press the setting button until the following symbol

After three seconds, when the temperature display flashes, you can set the temperature from

45°C - 65°C on the setting button.
After another three seconds, the unit automatically starts frothing.
