MONTAGEANLEITUNG
Lieferumfang:
1x Milotec-Auspuffblende (Edelstahl)
4x Distanzhülse (2x 4 mm + 2x 1,5 mm bei 31501)
2x Distanzhülse (1x 4 mm + 1x 1,5 mm bei 33101)
2x Klemmschelle (bei 31501)
1x Klemmschelle (bei 33101)
7x Innensechskantschraube M4x20

Hinweis: Die Montage in einer Fachwerkstatt wird
empfohlen!
Wichtig: Vor der Montage die transparente
Oberflächen-Schutzfolie unbedingt von der ABS-
Umrandung entfernen!
Hinweis: Bei evtl. Lackierung der Umrandung bitte
unbedingt den beiliegenden Lackierhinweis beachten!
Vor dem Lackieren eine Probemontage durchführen.
1. Die ausgeschnittene Schablone gemäß Bild 1. mit
dem unteren Rand des Stossfängers abschliessend
auflegen und die Konturen auf dem Stossfänger
anzeichnen. Den Stossfänger entlang der Markierung
ausschneiden und entgraten (Bild 2.). Je nach
Motorisierung das einzelne oder beide original
Auspuff-Endrohr(e) auf 50 mm Länge (vom
Schalldämpfer aus gesehen) absägen und entgraten
(Bild 3.+ 4.).
2. Die Umrandung auf die markierte Stelle anhalten
und die 7 Bohrlöcher mit einem Stift markieren (Bild 5.).
Die Löcher im Stossfänger mit einem 4,5 mm Bohrer
bohren (Bild 6.) und die Umrandung mit den
Schrauben befestigen. Zur Montage der Milotec-
Auspuffblende die der Motorisierung entsprechenden
Distanzhülsen benutzen (siehe Tabelle in Bild 7.+ 8.).
3. Die Milotec-Auspuffblende aufstecken, im
Ausschnitt gerade ausrichten (Bild 9.+ 10.) und mit
dem angegebenen Drehmoment festziehen (Bild 11.).

Obsah balení:

Upozornění : Montáž doporučujeme svěřit odbornému
servisu.
Důlěžité: Před montáží nebo lakováním odstraňte z
vnější strany plastového výlisku ochrannou fólii.
Upozornění: V případě lakování plastového výlisku
dbejte přiloženého návodu pro lakování. Před
lakováním dílu proveďte zkoušku usazení dílu
nanečisto.
1. Vystřiženou šablonu přiložte k nárazníku (šablona
musí lícovat se spodním okrajem nárazníku) a
obkreslete její obrys (obr.1). Dle obkresleného tvaru
vyřízněte otvor, řez pak začistěte a zbavte otřepů
(obr.2). Dle obr.3 a obr.4 uřízněte zakončení výfuku ve
vzdálenosti 50 mm od těla tlumiče výfuku, řez pak
pilníkem začistěte a zbavte případných otřepů.
2. Usaďte rámeček výfuku (obr.5) a vyznačte si otvory
pro jeho připevnění, otvory pak provrtejte vrtákem o
průměru 4,5 mm (obr.6) a rámeček přišroubujte.
Pokračujte přípravou vlastní koncovky a příslušných
distančních kroužků správné tloušťky (viz. tabulka v
obr.7 a 8).
3. Koncovku výfuku nasaďte (obr.9), v případě jednoho
konce výfuku koncovku natočte do vodorovné polohy
(obr.10) a dotáhněte příslušným utahovacím
momentem (viz. obr.11).

Note: The assembly in a specialized workshop is
recommended!
Important: Strictly observe to remove the transparent
protective surface foil from the ABS parts before
assembly!
Note: If the edge will be painted, please pay attention
to the enclosed painting instructions! Before the
painting execute a test assembly.
1. Hang up the low-cut template like fig. 1. with the
lower border of the bumper in conclusion and mark the
outlines on the bumper. Cut out the bumper along the
mark and deburr. According to motorization saw off the
separate or both originals exhaust-final tube (s) at 50-
mm length (from the muffler seen) and deburr (fig 3. +
4.).
2. The edge on the marked place stop and mark 7 drill
holes with a pencil (fig. 5.). Bore the holes in the
bumper with a drill 4,5 mms (fig. 6.) and fasten the edge
with the screws. To the assembly of the Milotec-
exhaust screen the distance cases appropriate to the
motorization use (see table in fig. 7. + 8.).
3. The Milotec-exhaust screen give up, just align in the
cut of the bumper (fig. 9. + 10.) and with the indicated
torque tighten ( fig. 11.).

Note: Le montage dans un atelier spécialisé est
recommandé!
Important : Avant le montage, veiller absolument
retirer la feuille de protection transparente de bordure
en ABS!
Note: Au vernissage éventuellement de la bordure font
attention, s'il vous plaît, au les instructions de
vernissage ci-joint! Devant le vernissage exécutent un
montage d'essai.
1. Le modèle découpé raccrochent selo n fig. 1. avec le
bord inférieur du bouclier finalement et les contours sur
le bouclier surlingnent. Le bouclier découpent le long
du surlignage et lisser (fig. 2.) Selon la motorisation
scient le séparé ou les deux original le tube (s) final
d'échappement sur 50 mms de longueur (du
modérateur de son de vu) et lisser (fig. 3. + 4.).
2. Arrêtent la bordure sur la place s urligné et surlignent
7 trous de sonde avec une fondation (fig. 5.). Les trous
dans le bouclier avec un foret 4,5 mms percent (fig. 6.)
et fixent la bordure avec les vis. Au montage du
Milotec-enjoliveur les enveloppes de distance
correspondantes à la mot
orisation utilisent (cf. le
tableau dans fig. 7. + 8.).
3. Le Milotec-enjoliveur d'échappement fixent, dans la
coupure de bouclier justement transmettent (fig. 9.+
10.) et tenant avec le couple de rotation donné serrent
(fig. 11.).
