3. OPERATION
1. Make sure the power switch is in the off position. Unwind the power cable and insert the
plug into a suitable socket (120-240 V~).
2. It is recommended to cut the hair when it is clean and dry. Before doing so, make sure that
the blade is well lubricated.
3. Place the guide comb you wish to use on the blade facing upwards and press it from the
sides until it snaps into the lower metal edge of the blade, as shown in figure 3. Make sure
that the attachment has been correctly fitted in place before you start cutting the hair.
4. Switch on the hair clipper by moving the power switch upwards to the on position.
5. To familiarise yourself with each of the length settings of the guide combs, it is
recommended to trim a small area of the hair first.
Attachable guide combs
You can choose from 6 different guide combs according to your preferences:
1. Guide comb 3 mm cutting length
2. Guide comb 6 mm cutting length
3. Guide comb 9 mm cutting length
4. Guide comb 13 mm cutting length
5. Guide comb for the right ear area
6. Guide comb for the left ear area
4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Switch off the appliance, unplug it from the socket and remove the attached guide comb
as shown in figure 4.

Use the cleaning brush included with the appliance to remove any remaining hair from the
blade and attachments after each use.

Do not use water or any other liquid to clean the blade, except ethyl alcohol.

If used daily, it is recommended to lubricate the blade frequently. To do this, use the
supplied blade lubricating oil as shown in figure 5.

If necessary, only use acid-free oils, e.g. sewing machine oil. Wipe off excess oil with a
cloth.
