1 Allgemeines
Die Lineareinheit dient zur Veranschaulichung einer linearen
Einachspositionierung. Als Antrieb kann entweder der AC-Ser-
voantrieb mit Blockkommutierung (wahlweise mit 735 299 Po-
sitionsregler, Digital ) oder der AC-Servoantrieb mit Sinuskom-
mutierung verwendet werden. Zur Demonstration eines Ar-
beitsprozesses können im Zusammenhang mit der Software
CBC 12.5 oder mit Positionsregler, Digital vier unterschiedli-
che Positionen gespeichert werden, die der Antrieb sequenzi-
ell anfährt. Die Lineareinheit verfügt über einen Zeiger mit No-
nius und einer Skala wodurch die Position auf 0,1 mm genau
abgelesen werden kann. Die integrierten Endschalter dienen
im Notfall zur Endabschaltung.

1 General information
The linear unit serves to demonstrate a linear single-axis posi-
tioning operation. Either the AC servo drive with block-type
commutation (alternatively with the 735 299 position controller,
digital ) or the AC servo drive with sine commutation can be
used as the drive. To demonstrate the operating process in
conjunction with the software package CBC 12.5 or with the
digital position controller, four different positions can be stored
which are driven to in sequence. The linear unit is equipped
with a pointer and vernier scale with which the position can be
read off to an accuracy of 0.1 mm. The integrated position
switches are used for limit stop switch-off in the event of
emergency.
