This cookware is suitable for all stove types. Cookware
without plastic parts can also be used in the oven.

When using a gas stove, ensure that the flame does not
reach up to the side walls of the cookware.
•
When using an induction stove, there may be a hum-
ming noise that varies according to the stove's manu-
facturer and quality. This is not a defect in your stove or
cookware.
The diameter of the induction plate on your cookware
should approximately match the diameter of the induc-
tion burner; otherwise the surfaces may not match up,
especially for small cookware diameters.
Old induction stoves that do not use the latest techno-
logy will not work as well to activate the magnetic pan
base.
The following table will help you choose the right cook-
ware for the corresponding burner:

There are no special instructions for other stove types,
except that the diameter of the burner and the diameter
of the cookware should be similar in size (see table).
