During the first 5 minutes from power-up of the gateway and once you have waited
for the product to be completely initialised (in other words until the white LED stops
flashing after the first few seconds of being powered), the following operations can
be carried out:
- Press the front push button for 10 s and the LED starts to flash blue; release the
push button to proceed, via the View Wireless App, with associating the gateway
with a system whose credentials you do not have (follow the self-guided proce-
dure of the View Wireless App).
- Press the push button for 20 s and the LED starts to flash green; release the push
button to delete the Wi-fi credentials only.
- Press the push button for 30 s and the LED begins to flash white quickly; release
the push button to perform the gateway reset and restore the factory settings
(so the wi-fi credentials, the mesh credentials, the system databases and all the
associations with Homekit are deleted).

tion manual for the View Wireless App.
INSTALLATION RULES.
• Installation must be carried out by qualified persons in compliance with the cur-
rent regulations regarding the installation of electrical equipment in the country
where the products are installed.
• The device must be installed in flush mounting boxes or surface mounting boxes
with Neve Up supports and cover plates.
• Install at a height of less than 2 m.
• An easily accessible omnipolar disconnection switch with a contact gap of at
least 3 mm must be installed upstream of the device.

La passerelle est un dispositif Bluetooth technology Wi-Fi qui assure le dialogue avec
les dispositifs sans fil afin de permettre la configuration, la supervision, le diagnostic
de l'installation ainsi que son intégration avec les assistants personnels.
C'est le dispositif principal qui gère le réseau Bluetooth technology Mesh et qui reçoit
via Bluetooth technology la configuration du système à travers l'Appli View Wireless.
La présence de la connectivité wi-fi est nécessaire pour assurer la connexion au
cloud pour la supervision (locale et à distance) et pour les intégrations avec les

Dans les 5 minutes qui suivent la mise sous tension de la passerelle et après avoir
attendu que le produit soit complètement initialisé (à savoir lorsque la led blanche
cesse de clignoter après la mise sous tension), il sera possible d'effectuer les
opérations suivantes :
- En appuyant 10 s sur le poussoir frontal, la led commence à clignoter de couleur
bleue ; relâcher le poussoir pour associer, via l'appli View Wireless, la passerelle
à une installation dont on ne dispose pas des coordonnées (suivre la procédure
assistée de l'appli View Wireless).
- En appuyant 20 s sur le poussoir, la led commence à clignoter de couleur verte ;
en relâchant le poussoir, seules les coordonnées wi-fi s'effacent.
- En appuyant 30 s sur le poussoir, la led commence à clignoter rapidement de cou-
leur blanche ; relâcher le poussoir pour procéder à la réinitialisation de la passerelle
en rétablissant les conditions d'origine (les coordonnées wi-fi et mesh, les bases
de données de l'installation et toutes les associations à Homekit seront effacées).

Pour les opérations de configuration sur le système Bluetooth, consulter la
notice d'instructions de l'Appli View Wireless.
CONSIGNES D'INSTALLATION
• Le circuit doit être réalisé par des techniciens qualifiés, conformément aux dispositions
qui régissent l'installation du matériel électrique en vigueur dans le pays concerné.
• L'appareil doit être installé dans des boîtes d'encastrement ou en saillie, avec des
supports et des plaques Neve Up.
• Installer la passerelle à moins de 2 m du sol.
• Installer un interrupteur omnipolaire en amont du dispositif, en un point facile
d'accès et ayant une séparation entre les contacts d'au moins 3 mm.
