MAINTENANCE
Spindles and nuts: Due to the fine and precise tolerances of spindles and nuts, these must be carefully
maintained. They must be kept absolutely clean and should always be well lubricated (cp. lubrication
instructions below). If these instructions are ignored, there is a risk that the spindles will be damaged.
Due to the construction of the safety system they do not require maintenance, however, we recommend
that the movable parts on the top of the posts are greased once every 6 months.
V-belts: These must be re-adjusted once a year to correct tension: when pressing hard on the middle of
the belt these must only be pressed 5 mm down.
Expansion bolts: These must be re-tightened once a year with a torque of :

Re-tightening of screws at post base: These must be re-tightened every 12 months with a torque of :

If one or more of the screws break during the re-tightening all screws at the post base must be replaced.
Note ! If the lift is installed as wash version or placed in a humid environment the screws must be re-tightened
every 6 months.
Lubrication: Lubricate the lift every 6 months as follows:
