Troubleshooting
1. Setting Up
• Please make sure the Smart Light Bulb is
in configuration mode. TheLED indicator
should be blinking.
• Please make sure your network is 2.4GHz.
If you router has both 2.4GHz and 5GHz,
try to disable 5GHz whilst setting up the
smat plug. After setup you can enable 5GHz
again.
• If Smart Light Bulb is in EZ mode, please try
it with AP mode.
• Enable router's broadcasting funtion.
• Configure the router WiFi authorization
method as WPA2-PSK and encryption type
as AES, or set both as auto.
• Router wireless mode can not be set to
802.11n only.
• Restart the smart plug and set up it again.
2. Smart Light Bulb is offline.
