Soldering aid with LED lamp
1 Safety Instructions
1.1 General
• Read the user manual completely and carefully before use.
It is part of the product and contains important information for correct use.
• Keep this user manual.
It must be available for uncertainties and passing the product.
• Do not look directly into the light source!
• Do not open the housing.
• Do NEVER let the product unattended in use.
• Compare the specifications of product, power supply and peripherals.
These must be identical.
• Not meant for children.
• Do not repair defective products by yourself, but contact the dealer or
producer.
• Do not modify or alter product nor accessories.
• Avoid stresses such as heat and cold, moisture and direct sunlight, vibra-
tion and mechanical pressure.
• Do not use and store near windows.
• Only use in dry ambience.
• Risk of injury by stumbling and falling
• Use only on stabil, non-slipping and horizontal surfaces.
• Only use the power supply, included in delivery.
• Switch off the lamp before working on it and disconnect the mains plug.

2 Description and Function
2.1 Soldering aid with LED lamp
This product is a soldering aid with LED lamp, which is delivered as a set of stand
with LED lamp, 3 alligator clips, soldering iron stand, spool holder, soldering paste,
sponge and cleaning wool. This is operatable stationary with power supply unit or
mobile by batteries.

2.3 Scope of Delivery

3 Intended Use
We do not permit using the device in other ways like described in chapter
Description and Function. Use the product only in dry interior rooms. Not
attending to these regulations and safety instructions might cause fatal
accidents, injuries, and damages to persons and property.
4 Preparing
• Compare the specifications of product, power supply and
peripherals. These must be identical.
• Check surfaces and plates for being stabil.
5 Assembling and Connecting
Risk of injury by stumbling
• Lay the cables in a safe way..
1. Set the soldering aid with LED lamp on a fireproof, horizontal and non-
slipping surface.
2. Place the accessory if necessary as shown in Section 2.2.
3. Moisten the enclosed sponge with water.
5.1 Stationary use
• Connect the included power supply to the LED lamp and to a well acces-
sible mains socket.
The soldering aid with LED lamp is ready to use.

5.2 Mobile use and battery replacement
1. Open the battery compartment on the back side.
2. Carefully remove the battery compartment.
3. Insert 4 mignon batteries (AA) in shown polarity to the battery compart-
ment.
4. Put the stocked battery holder back in the battery compartment.
Close the battery compartment.
Batteries are not included.
Operation with rechargeable batteries is not recommended.
Cells won't be charged, when the power supply is connected.
The soldering aid with LED lamp is ready to use.
6 Operating
Risk of fire and material damage
• Lay the cables in a safe way.
• When positioning the LED lamp and alligator clamps,
attend to easily access or distance to soldering iron stand,
sponge, soldering paste etc.
• Keep the mains cord away from heat sources.
1. Switch the LED lamp on/off, if needed.
2. Adjust the goose neck and alligator clamps if needed.
3. Set the strength of the alligator clamp joints by its butterfly nuts regarding
the weight of the workpiece.
Pliers can be helpful, but do not overwind the threads!
4. Set the spool holder for hanging in a spool by a screwdriver.
5. Equip the spool holder with a spool of solder and put it onto the spool holder.
Solder and screwdriver are not included.
Regarding the safety instructions for using solder accessories is relevant expertise
necessary.
6. Therfor read the use manual of your solder iron.
7 Lightning and magnifying lens exchange
LEDs and magnifying lens are permanently installed and can not be exchanged.

Maintenance, Cleaning, Storage and Transport
The products are maintenance-free.
Material damage
• Clean only with a dry, soft cloth.
• Do not use cleaning agents and chemicals.
• Regularly check the product for function and durability.
• Remove batteries / rechargeable batteries when not in use.
• Store cool and dry.
• Store the product out the reach of children and in a dry and dust-protec-
ted ambience when not in use.
• Keep and use the original packaging for transport.
