TROUBLESHOOTING
1. The lamp does not turn on
a. The lamp is off -> Make sure the lam is turned on by pressing the on/off button on the backside of the solar panel
b. The battery is not sufficiently charged -> Turn off the lamp and leave it off for at least 2 sunny days to allow the batteries to fully
recharge.
c. The lamp is hanging in an environment that is too bright -> Place the lamp in a dark environment.
d. The solar panel is dirty -> Clean the solar panel with a damp cloth.
2. The lamp is on for a short time
a. The battery is not fully charged. Make sure the solar panel is receiving enough light.
b. The battery is not sufficiently charged. Turn off the lamp and leave it off for at least 2 sunny days to allow the batteries to fully recharge.
c. The battery is worn out and needs to be replaced. Depending on use, a battery lasts 1.5 to 3 years. Please contact customer service from
your dealer.
3. The lamp also lights up during the day
a. The twilight sensor is covered. Make sure the solar panel is receiving enough daylight.
