3. Intended use

Intended use also includes following all instructions in the Quick Reference Guide.
The mobile system Cart is designed exclusively for commercial use as office furniture or in training facilities. Any other use or extended use is
considered improper. Improper use of the product may result in dangers to life and limb as well as property damage. Therefore, improper use is
prohibited. In case of improper use, Steelcase assumes no liability for any damage that may occur and does not guarantee that the components
will function properly. Improper use includes:
Transport of heavy loads

Use as a climbing aid
■
Permanent storage space for items with a total weight of more than max. 145 kg (max. 48 kg per shelf) for the team cart or max. 55 kg for

the board cart
Storage of objects regardless of the weight on the frame of the cart

Outdoor use
■
Use in damp rooms
■
Transport of people and animals
■
Children from the age of 8 and individuals with reduced physical, sensory or mental abilities or lack of experience and knowledge may use this
product under supervision or after instructions in the safe use of the mobile system Cart and having understood the resulting hazards. Children
are not allowed to play with the mobile system Cart. Children may not carry out cleaning and maintenance without supervision.
4. Operation
You may only use the product Cart in a technically perfect condition and in compliance with the Quick Reference Guide.
Before placing or storing any desk utensils or other items on the cart, ensure the following:
- The product was assembled according to the enclosed installation instructions
- Do not exceed the maximum permissible load of the product

5. Transport and assembly

Check the delivery contents:
After unpacking, check the product immediately for transport damage and completeness; if applicable, inform the manufacturer as soon as
possible of any damage.
Assembling the Flex Cart:
For assembling the mobile system Cart, please follow the attached assembly instructions.
