9. Microphone input—Adjust microphone volume through software
(see page en-12).
This appliance also offers you the opportunity to attach a Kensington-type security
device on the panel cabinet. The Kensington slot is located on the back (vertical)
surface of the LCD below the DC-in connector. Kensington lock not included. Refer to
your locking device documentation for installation instructions.

Setting Up the Appliance

After carefully removing the Sun Ray 150 enterprise appliance from its packing
carton, set it up using the following procedure.
Note – Your appliance operates by communicating over the network with a server
on which the Sun Ray administration software has been installed. If the appliance
does not operate correctly after the following procedure, check with your system
administrator to make sure the Sun Ray enterprise server has been set up.
To Set Up the Appliance
1. Place the appliance face down on a cushion, being careful not to harm the screen,
so that you can access the cable connectors along the bottom of the rear recess.
2. Connect the DC power cord to the power port on the back of the appliance.
3. Connect the keyboard and mouse to any of the USB ports.
4. Connect the Ethernet cable to the Ethernet port.
