FINISH ASSEMBLY

If you have not purchased your comscoot ECO PLUS from a specialist dealer, it will not be delivered
fully assembled. Therefore, please observe the following instructions very carefully. Correct
assembly is relevant to safety and should always be carried out by an authorised specialist dealer.
If, for whatever reason, you wish to install the appliance yourself, it is essential that you do so
exactly in accordance with these operating instructions.
The handlebars of the comscoot ECO PLUS are dismantled for transport and packing purposes.
Unpack it very carefully. The connecting cables mounted on the handlebars are connected to the
steerer tube. The components must not be stretched, stretched or pulled apart, as otherwise
important connecting parts may become loose or, in the worst case, break off.
1. Insert the handlebar into the steerer tube.
2. Fasten the handlebar using the supplied bolts and a torque spanner. The tightening
torque for the screws is 5 NM.
CAUTION
The spanner supplied is for pre-assembly only. The screws must be tightened to the specified
torque using a torque spanner.
