Bestimmung und Gebrauch

Die sichere Kombination von Sicherheitszuhaltung AZM 161 AS und
Sicherheitsmonitor ASM (Gerät zur Auswertung des sicheren Bus-
Protokolls AS-Interface SaW) überwacht eine bewegliche Schutz-
einrichtung und verhindert ein Öffnen bis die gefahrbringenden
Zustände beendet sind.

Hinweis
Der Anschluss an das AS-Interface-System darf nur von autorisier-
tem Fachpersonal durchgeführt werden (siehe EN50295). Die
Konfiguration des Sicherheitsmonitors muss vom zuständigen
Sicherheitsfachmann / Sicherheitsbeauftragen überprüft und
bestätigt werden. Die Konformitätserklärung nach Maschinen und
Niederspannungsrichtlinie senden wir Ihnen auf Wunsch zu oder
sie kann im Internet abgerufen werden. Weitere technische
Informationen können dem Schmersal Katalog entnommen werden.
Montage
Zur Befestigung des Gehäuses sind drei Bohrungen vorhanden.
Die Sicherheitszuhaltung ist schutzisoliert. Die Sicherheitszuhaltung
darf nicht als Anschlag benutzt werden. Die Gebrauchslage ist be-
liebig. Sie sollte jedoch so gewählt werden, dass kein grober
Schmutz in die benutzten Öffnungen eindringen kann. Nicht benutzte
Betätigeröffnungen sind mit Schlitzverschlüssen zu verschließen.
Bitte beachten Sie die Hinweise der Normen ISO 12100, EN 953
und EN 1088.

Hilfsentriegelung
Durch Drehen des Dreikants wird der Riegelbolzen in die Entriege-
lungsstellung gezogen. Erst nach Zurückdrehen des Dreikants in die
Ausgangslage ist die normale Riegelfunktion wieder gegeben. Die
Hilfsentriegelung ist nach erfolgter Inbetriebnahme durch Aufdrücken
des beigefügten Kunststoffkappe zu sichern.
Notentsperrung
Zur Notentsperrung orangefarbenen Hebel in Pfeilrichtung bis zum
Anschlag drehen. Die Schutzeinrichtung lässt sich in dieser Stellung
öffnen. Der Hebel ist verrastet und lässt sich nicht zurückdrehen.
Zum Aufheben der Sperrstellung muss die zentrale Befestigungs-
schraube nur soweit herausgedreht werden, bis die Sperrstellung
aufgehoben ist. Hebel in die Ausgangsdrehung zurückdrehen und
Schraube wieder fest anziehen.

The safe combination of the solenoid interlock AZM 161 AS (AS-
interface = Actuator Sensor Interface / SaW = Safety at Work) and
the safety monitor ASM monitors a movable guard and prevents its
opening until the hazardous conditions have come to an end.
Notice
The wiring to the AS-interface system is to be carried out by autho-
rised and competent personnel only (see EN 50295). The configura-
tion of the safety monitor must be checked and verified by a com-
petent and qualified safety engineer. The declaration of conformity to
the Machinery and Low Voltage Directive is available on request or
can be downloaded from our website. Further technical information

Mounting
There are three boreholes for mounting the solenoid interlock. The
solenoid interlock has double insulation. The solenoid interlock must
not be used as end stop. It can be mounted in any desired position,
provided that dirt cannot enter the openings. The remaining actuator
openings must be sealed with the slot sealing plugs. Please observe
the instructions laid down in the standards ISO 12100, EN 953 and
EN 1088.

Manual release
By turning the triangular key located on the side of the switch, the
latching bolt is put into unlocking position. The normal solenoid lock-
ing function will only be available if the triangular key is returned to
its original position. The manual release has to be secured by repo-
sitioning the enclosed plastic cap.
Emergency release
To use the emergency release, turn the orange coloured lever
completely, in the direction as marked by the arrow. In this position,
the safety guard can be opened. The lever is latched and cannot
be returned to its original position. To return the lever to its original
position, the mounting screw must be loosened until the lever can
be turned. The screw must then be retightened.

Remarque
Le raccordement au système AS-interface est à effectuer exclusive-
ment par du personnel compétent et qualifié (voir EN50295). La con-
figuration du module de surveillance doit être contrôlée et confirmée
par un spécialiste en matière de sécurité. La déclaration de confor-
mité aux Directives « Machines » et « Basse Tension » est disponible

Montage
Il y a trois trous pour la fixation du boîtier. L'interverrouillage possède
une isolation renforcée. Le dispositif d'interverrouillage ne peut pas
être utilisé comme butée. La position de montage est indifférente,
mais elle doit être choisie de façon à éviter que des encrassements
pénètrent dans le boîtier. Les ouvertures non-utilisées sont à obturer
au moyen de bouchons. Respectez également les exigences des
normes ISO 12100, EN 953 et EN 1088.

Déverrouillage manuel
La rotation de la clé triangulaire déverrouille le pêne de blocage. Le
fonctionnement normal est rétabli après remise en position de la clé
triangulaire. Après sa mise en service, le déverrouillage manuel doit
être scellé à l'aide du capuchon en plastique.
Déverrouillage d'urgence
Pour utiliser le déverrouillage d'urgence, tournez le levier orange
dans le sens de la flèche jusqu'à la butée. Dans cette position, le
protecteur peut être ouvert. Le levier est muni d'un encliquetage et
ne peut pas être ramené en arrière. Pour sortir de la position de blo-
cage, il est nécessaire de dévisser la vis de fixation centrale jusqu'à
ce que le déblocage soit possible. Ramenez le levier dans sa posi-
tion initiale et resserrez la vis.
