DISPOSAL INSTRUCTIONS
The following applies from the date of transposition of European Directive 2012/19/EU
into national law: Electrical and electronic equipment may not be disposed of with
household waste. Consumers are legally obliged to return electrical and electronic
devices at the end of their service life to the public collection points set up for this
purpose or to the point of sale. Details on this are regulated by the respective state
law. The symbol on the product, the instructions for use or the packaging indicates these
regulations. By recycling, recovering materials or other forms of recycling old appliances, you
are making an important contribution to protecting our environment.
WARRANTY
Every Berger product is thoroughly checked and tested before it leaves the factory and the war-
ranty period is 24 months from the date of purchase. Please provide proof of purchase (receipt,
invoice, delivery bill, etc.). Please keep these documents in a safe place. In the event of repair,
take the device to your specialist dealer or send it to them.
HAFTUNGSAUSSCHLUSS
Fritz Berger GmbH accepts no liability or warranty for damage resulting from improper installa-
tion, assembly and improper use of the product or failure to observe the operating instructions
and/or safety instructions.
CUSTOMER SERVICE / WARRANTY
All Berger products are manufactured according to the strictest quality criteria and Berger gua-
rantees that the appliances are delivered in perfect condition. Berger grants the statutory war-
ranty of 2 years on production and material defects that were present at the time of delivery of
the product. The warranty does not apply to defects caused by natural wear and tear, improper
use, opening the appliance, modifications to the appliance, lack of maintenance or failure to
observe these instructions. Any use of the product is at your own risk. A warranty claim can
only be accepted if a copy of the proof of purchase is enclosed when the product is returned.
Under no circumstances does the warranty exceed the value of the product. In all other res-
pects, the General Terms and Conditions of Fritz Berger GmbH apply. By using the product, you
accept the above conditions and assume full responsibility for the use of this product.
The values given by Berger regarding weight, size or technical data are to be understood as
approximate values and are not a formal obligation.
Technical changes that are made in the interest of the product, even without prior notice, may
result in different values.

If you have any questions about your Berger product after your purchase or during operation,
please contact the seller of the product. They will explain how to proceed. If the seller is unable
to help you, please contact Berger Customer Service.
Please contact us in advance by e-mail with information and an explanation of the problem,
possibly with pictures. Should it happen that you wish to send us a product, please note the
following instructions for quick processing:
If possible, use the original packaging as the shipping carton. If you no longer have the original
packaging, please use suitable (UN-certified) packaging to ensure adequate protection against
transport damage. If the goods are not shipped in the original packaging or UN-certified pa-
ckaging, we will have to charge for the new packaging when the product is returned. Shipment
is at the sender's own risk.
Please enclose the following with the return shipment:
• Copy of the invoice
• Reason for return
• A precise and detailed error description
