Installation
Download the app
Ensure that your smartphone or
tablet is connected to the same
network you want to connect the
DOMINO Stretch to.
Download and install the app on your
smartphone or tablet:
www.dominoenergy.eu/app.
Open the app and go to "INSTALL".
Follow the installation steps in the app.
Want to connect to WiFi?
Did you decide you want to connect to
WiFi, but forgot the necessary steps to
follow that are mentioned in the app?
No worries, we listed these here as well:
Log in with user "stretch" and
password "your Short ID".
The Short ID is the 8 letter code on
the sticker on the back of the
DOMINO Stretch
stuvwxyz
ssid: stretch_abcdef
The settings are opened. Scroll down
to the WiFi / LAN settings.
Select "WiFi".

Click "Scan".
Select your home network.
Enter your network's security
credentials and save your settings.
Build up your network
Good network set up:
Smart plug+
When installing your network, please pay
attention to the following:
Place the DOMINO Stretch centrally
located in the house. We recommend
a direct contact of the DOMINO
Stretch with as many smart plugs as
possible.
The smart plug+ should always be
placed within a 5-meter range of the
Stretch gateway.
All smart plugs should be positioned at
a maximum distance of 5 to 10 meters
of at least one other plug or the
Stretch.
