INSTRUCTION MANUAL
INTRODUCTION
This hydraulic table for electric vehicle batte-
ries ensures correct and safe handling.
It has 6 electrically insulated rubber pads that
allow you to work safely with electric vehicle
batteries. The height and the position of each
of these studs can be adjusted independently.
The platform has several rotating keys built in
that allow you to adjust the height very pre-
cisely. Likewise, it is possible to tilt the platform
towards one of its sides to compensate for
irregularities on the workshop floor.
If necessary, you can extend the length of the
platform.
It operates with two cylinders, so it can provide
faster raising and lowering.
In terms of safety, on the one hand, it has sa-
fety teeth that prevent the platform from fa-
lling suddenly. On the other hand, it has an
automatic protection system that prevents the
maximum permitted elevation from being ex-
ceeded. It also has two wheels with brakes to
ensure that no unexpected movements occur.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
All personnel must have read and
fully understood the operation
instruction.
All personnel must wear gloves
and goggles to improve the sa-
fety during operation.
Before operation, operator must check if the
lift has any deformation or there are parts mis-
sing. If so, stop operation immediately.
Only authorized person allowed to maintain
and repair this machine.
All maintenance must use original supplier
parts.
Do not overload.
Do not lift or low-down when the platform is
extended.
Only use this lift on a firm and solid ground
floor.
Do not move the lifting table while load is lif-
ting.
Place the table at the lowest lift level while
moving the load.
Do not stand under the load area.
Make sure the wheels are braked before lifting
or lowering the load.

ASSEMBLY
Install the handle on the base of the table.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Removing the battery
Position the lifting table under the vehicle.
Press the brake pedals of both wheels.
