Provex leistet auf seine Produkte eine Garantie von mindenstens 24 Monaten. Die Garantie beginnt mit dem Tag der Lieferung und umfasst alle Materialfehler, die bei der Auslieferung vorhanden sind.Die genannte
Garantie verpflichtet Provex allerdings nur zur Instandsetzung oder zum Ersatz der fehlerhaften Elemente anderweitige Ansprüche des Auftraggebers sind ausgeschlossen. Schäden, die durch unsachgemäße
Behandlung und Montage des Produktes, sowie durch Einwirkung des Transports entstanden sind (letztere müssen beim Transporteur geltend gemacht werden) fallen nicht unter den Garantieanspruch.
Garantieansprüche müssen innerhalb der Garantiezeit unverzüglich beim Wiederverkäufer, bei dem das Produkt erworben wurde, geltend gemacht werden. Jede eigenmächtige Reparatur oder Änderung
irgendwelcher Art entbindet Provex von der kompletten Garantieleistung. Der Garantieanspruch für Verschleißteile kann nur in einem begrenzten Rahmen gewährleistet werden.

D Reinigungs- und Pflegehinweise
1. Keine scheuernde oder aggressive Putzmittel verwenden, auf keinem Fall Verdünner oder
Benzin.
2. Bei starker Kalkablagerung empfiehlt Provex 25% Essig- Essenz oder üblichen
Haushaltsessig.
3. Keine Bademittel verwenden, die polystyrolähnliche Kunststoffe angreifen.

2. Pour forte dépôts de calcaire Provex recommande une essence de vinaigre à 25% ou
tout simplement un vinaigre de table.
3. Ne pas utiliser de produits de bain susceptibles d'attaquer les plastiques (voisins) du
polystyrol.
