Machine still runs out when the valve lever
is released! On compressed air failure the
valve lever must be released!

4.1 P
reVentiVe mAintenAnce
The machine must be cleaned
daily. When cleaning, examine all
parts for wear, fracture, cracking,
or other signs of damage. Without a tool clamped in
check no-load speed periodically and after each mainte-
nance. Even if the machine still operates perfectly, the
motor should be removed, cleaned and the four slides
checked for wear by a specialist after approx. 300 to 400
operating hours.

Turn the coupling with the exhaust air hose through 45° to
the right or left so that it can be pulled back and off.

Press the hose coupling to disengage it. You can now pull
out the air supply hose.

egulAr cleAning
The compressed air motor must be
cleaned and disinfected regularly with
drinking water at ≥ 80 °C in accordance
with DIN 10516:2009-05, Table 3. No chemical cleaning
agents and no chemical disinfectants may be used. Make
sure particularly that meat and other residue is removed
at regular intervals.

Aily cleAning
After disconnecting the compressed air
drive (see 4.1.1), clean every part carefully
in accordance with 4.2.1.
