SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING! Read all safety warnings and all instruc-
tions. Failure to follow the warnings and instructions
listed below may result in serious injury.
Keep the working area clean and well illuminated.
Do not operate the tool in the presence of flammable
liquids, gases, or dust.
Keep the tool out of the reach of children and non-au-
thorized people.
Do not expose the tool to rain or wet conditions.
Check for breakage of parts, damage to switches
and any other conditions that may affect its opera-
tion.
Do not operate the tool if you get tired easily or if
you are under the influence of drugs, alcohol or me-
dication.
Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry
and contain long hair.
Keep the tool and its handle dry, clean and free from
oil and grease.
Keep hose away from heat, oil, and sharp edges.
Use safety equipment. Always wear eye and respi-
ratory protection.
Disconnect the tool from the air supply and turn off
the compressor before making any adjustments,
changing accessories or storing the tool.
Do not use oxygen or any other combustible or bott-
led gas to power air powered tools.
Do not direct compressed air from the air hose
toward the user or other personnel.
Do not overload. Only operate the tool at its optimum
speed for maximum efficiency.
Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance.
Do not use the tool on a ladder or unstable support.
Ensure that the accessories are correctly and se-
curely fastened before connecting the tool to the air
supply.
ASSEMBLY
Air system
Make sure you use the appropriate compressor with
this tool. The compressor should be able to supply a
minimum air delivery of 3 SCFM at 90PSI to ensure
the tools works correctly.
Always use clean, dry, regulated, compressed air
from 4 to 7bar (60 to 100PSI). Operating the tool at
the wrong pressure (too low or too high) will cause
excessive noise and rapid wear.
Use the following diagram to check how to connect the air
tool to the air hose and compressor:
1: Compressor
2: Air filter, regulator and oil lubricator
3: Air wrench
OPERATION
WARNING! Verify that the air supply is clean before
operating the impact wrench.
1.
Connect the compressor to power supply. Turn it on
and set the pressure regulator to 90PSI (6.3bar).
2.
Place the impact socket into the square drive of the
air-powered impact wrench.
3.
Place the socket over the nut to be removed or insta-
lled and press the trigger.
4.
After using the tool, disconnect the air hose from the
tool.

For
reverse
rotation,
press the speed control
knob on the left side of
the tool.

forward
rotation,
press the speed control
knob on the right side
of the tool. Rotate the
speed control knob on
the right side of the tool
during forward rotation
to control the speed of
the air flow as required.
Disconnect the tool from the
air supply before attempting
to perform inspection or
maintenance.
Place up to 6 drops of
pneumatic tool oil into the
air inlet before each work-
day or after every 2 hours of
continuous use if the tool is
not equipped with an in-line
lubrication system.
