Suitable Foods and Preparation
You can almost prepare all solid vegetable in your electric spiralizer, for
example:
• zucchini
• carrots
• pumpkin
• potatoes and sweet potatoes
• beetroot
• parsnips
• knob celery
• radish
• kohlrabi
• broccoli stalks
Food Preparation
Cut out the food, so that they fit the blade application. They are also much more
easily processed when both ends are flatly cut.
