Customer supplies floor guide.
•
If damper(s) are used, an additional buffer (supplied by customer) should be used to protect the bottom of the door/frame. If dampers
are not used, protection buffers will be needed at the top and bottom of door/frame.
•
Distribute weight evenly across carriages. Use at least 2 carriages per door for stability.
•
For optional end stop to keep carriage(s) in place during handling, drill 6.6mm hole on centre line on reverse of track, fully countersunk.
†† Lubrication: Castrol Spheerol Grease to NLGI 2 or similar. Apply through holes in carriage/bracket using a conical grease nozzle. We
recommend re-greasing intervals sufficient to retain a grease film on the track; the track should not be allowed to dry out.

•
Bei Verwendung eines oder mehrerer Dämpfer(s) ist ein zusätzlicher (vom Kunden beigestellter) Puffer zum Schutz der Tür/des Rahmens
zu verwenden. Wenn keine Dämpfer verwendet werden, sind Schutzpuffer oben und unten an der Tür/am Rahmen notwendig.

Das Gewicht muss gleichmäßig über die Wagen verteilt sein. Zur Gewährleistung der Stabilität sind mindestens 2 Wagen pro Tür zu
verwenden.
•
Für wahlweisen Endanschlag, damit (der) Wagen beim Handhaben in Position bleibt/bleiben, 6,6-mm-Loch auf Mittellinie auf
Schienenrückseite bohren, komplett gesenkt.
†† Schmierung: Castrol Spheerol Grease nach NLGI 2 oder ähnlich. Mit einer konischen Schmierdüse durch Löcher im Wagen/Winkel
auftragen. Wir empfehlen Nachschmierintervalle, die einen stets ausreichenden Schmierfilm auf der Schiene gewährleisten; die Schiene
darf nicht austrocknen.

En cas d'utilisation d'un ou de plusieurs amortisseurs, il faut prévoir un butoir supplémentaire (à fournir par le client) afin de protéger la
base de la porte/du cadre. Si les amortisseurs ne sont pas utilisés, il faut prévoir des butoirs de protection en haut et en bas de la
porte/du cadre.
•
Répartissez le poids uniformément sur les patins. Utilisez au moins 2 patins par porte pour obtenir une bonne stabilité.
•
Pour une butée temporaire servant à maintenir le ou les patins en place pendant la manipulation, percez un trou fraisé à affleurement de
6,6 mm sur la ligne médiane au dos du rail.
†† Graissage : Graisse Castrol Spheerol conforme à NLGI 2 ou similaire. Appliquez la graisse dans les trous du patin/de l'équerre avec une
buse conique. Il est recommandé d'effectuer le graissage à des intervalles suffisants pour conserver un film de graisse sur le rail. Le rail ne
doit jamais être sec.

Il cliente fornisce la guida pavimento.
•
Se si usa(no) lo/gli ammortizzatore/i, si dovrebbe usare un tampone supplementare (fornito dal cliente) per proteggere il fondo della
porta/del telaio. Se non si usano ammortizzatori, saranno necessari tamponi protettivi in cima e sul fondo della porta/del telaio.
•
Distribuire uniformemente il peso sui carrelli. Usare almeno 2 carrelli per porta per stabilità.
•
Per l'arresto opzionale di fine corsa per tenere in posizione il/i carrello/i durante la movimentazione, praticare un foro da 6,6 mm sulla
mezzeria sul retro della rotaia, totalmente svasato.
†† Lubrificazione: Castrol Spheerol Grease con caratteristiche NLGI 2 o equivalente. Applicare attraverso i fori nel carrello/nella staffa usando
un ugello conico. Consigliamo intervalli di ingrassaggio idonei a mantenere un velo di grasso sul binario; il binario non deve seccarsi.

Si se utilizan amortiguadores, debería utilizarse también un tope adicional (suministrado por el cliente) para proteger la parte inferior de
la puerta/bastidor. Si no se utilizan amortiguadores, se necesitarán topes de protección en la parte superior e inferior de la
puerta/bastidor.

Distribuya el peso uniformemente entre los carros. Utilice al menos 2 carros por puerta para dar estabilidad

Para los topes opcionales de los extremos para mantener el/los carro(s) en posición durante su manipulación, taladre un orificio de 6,6
mm en la línea central en la parte posterior de la pista, completamente encastrado.
†† Lubricación: Grasa Castrol Spheerol según NLGI 2 o similar. Aplicar en los orificios del carro/abrazadera usando una boquilla de engrase
cónica. Recomendamos volver a engrasar a los intervalos pertinentes para mantener una película de grasa en la pista; nunca se debería
dejar que se seque la pista.

Jeżeli są stosowane tłumiki, do ochrony spodu drzwi/ramy należy zastosować dodatkowy zderzak (dostarczony przez klienta). Jeśli tłumiki
nie są stosowane, zderzaki zabezpieczające będą potrzebne na górze i na dole drzwi/ramy.
•
Należy równomiernie rozłożyć ciężar na wózkach. Dla zapewnienia stabilności zastosować co najmniej 2 wózki na jedne drzwi.
Żeby opcjonalne zderzaki krańcowe utrzymywały wózki w miejscu podczas obsługi, należy wywiercić po drugiej stronie szyny otwór pod

śruby całkowicie wpuszczane o średnicy 6,6 mm na osi.
†† Smarowanie: Smar Castrol Spheerol do NLGI 2 lub podobny. Nakładać przez otwory w wózku/kątowniku za pomocą stożkowej
smarowniczki. Zalecamy powtarzanie smarowania w odstępach wystarczających do utrzymania warstwy smaru na bieżni, nie można
pozwalać na jej wyschnięcie.
