What is necessary for assemblage
Installation instructions
Keep the tank in horizontal way,
1. Put one of the legs of the extractor in correspondence of the holes for screws on the plates of the legs in the
tank.
2 Tiighten the cylindric head screw in the upper and down holes with the grover nuts.
3 Take apart the left hing, insert the half lids in the suitable holes, assemble and fix.
Directions for use

Clean the tank, the cage and all the parts that will be in contact with honey, with neutral detergent. Than rinse
with a lot of water.
Place the extractor in secure and useful position. Connect the plug to an electric supply as safety rules
requires.
Load the frames so that they are even in the cage; close the half lid and turn the switch of the electric motor to
the "on" position.
Because of the safety device, the electric motor will start rotating after 10 seconds. Move lightly, right and left,
the lever that is at the bottom of the electric motor and the cage of the extractor starts rotating .
At the beginning the cage must rotate slowly not to damage the frames full of honey but it can do the highest
number of revolutions when the frames are almost empty.
This operation makes easier the stability of the extractor.
Don't accelerate or brake suddenly because the mechanical connection plugs on the reducer could shear.
When the extraction is complete, turning the switch to the "off" position, cuts off the electricity but the basket
keeps rotating by force of inertia ; the safety device keeps the lid locked 40-45 seconds more until the heated
metal leaf slowly cools unlocking the bolt.
