1.- Do not keep the unit running more than 75 hours.
2.- After each use allow the unit to cool before the next launch.
3.- Add water to the interior container without exceeding the marked maximum, place the plastic
cone in the centre with the wider end facing the base, position the black, plastic tray and
place the nr.1 tray on top (Fig. 1).
Make sure that there is enough water in the container at all times to avoid the core
overheating and in turn switches the steamer off. Never use it without water.
NOTE
: Pour decalcified water into the container to avoid calcium build up in the device.
4.- Cut the food and place on the trays in an tidy and even way, allowing air circulation through
them.
5.- Avoid putting too much food on the tray, leaving the rest free, distribute the food among all
the tray.

you can use the steamer with one (nr.1) tray or 2 trays (nr.1+2), always make sure the lid
is on correctly (Fig. 2).
12.- Use the bottom tray for thicker pieces, meats and fish and the higher trays for thin or
delicate foods.
