INSTRUCTION MANUAL
PRODUCT'S PRESENTATION
This tool has been designed to carry out cutting tasks in different
materials such as wood, steel, plastic and metal.
It features 4 pendulum action positions: 3 orbital cutting actions
and 1 straight cutting action, which allows to adapt the blade
cutting speed according to the material hardness. This saw also
has a bevel angle from 0º to 45º to the left and right to make
angular cuts, a toolless collet sleeve for a quick blade insertion
and removal, a LED work light for an improved working area
visibility during operation, a dust blowing system, an aluminum
alloy base, and a trigger switch lock-off button to prevent an ac-
cidental starting of the tool.
Besides, it includes a wood blade, a parallel guide, and a dust
pipe for the dust chute where to connect a vacuum cleaner or
hose for dust extraction.
SAFETY INSTRUCTRIONS
WARNING! Read all safety warnings and all instructions.
Failure to follow the warnings and instructions listed below may
result in electric shock, fire and/or serious injury.
Check for breakage of parts, damage to switches and any
other conditions that may affect its operation.
Do not operate the tool in the presence of flammable li-
quids, gases or dust.
Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry and
tighten long hair.
Avoid an accidental starting. Disconnect the battery from
the tool and place the switch in the locked or off position
before making any adjustments, changing accessories, or
storing the tool.
Keep the tool and its handle dry, clean and free from oil
and grease.
Always wear eye and respiratory protection.
Hold the tool by the insulated grip surface when performing
an operation where the tool may come in contact with the
hidden wiring. Contact with a "live" wire will make exposed
metal parts of the tool "live" and shock the operator.
Make sure all keys and adjusting wrenches are removed
from the tool before switching it on to avoid them to fly
away at high velocity.
Keep your second hand on the auxiliary handle or motor
housing, and keep them away from the cutting area and
blade.
Do not reach underneath the workpiece, the guard cannot
protect you from the blade.
Do not hold the piece being cut in your hands or across
your legs.
Adjust the cutting depth to the thickness of the workpiece.
Less than a full tooth of the blade teeth should be visible
below the workpiece.
Check the lower guard for proper closing before each use.
If the saw is accidentally dropped, the lower guard may
be bent. Raise the lower guard with the lower guard lever
and make sure it can move freely and does not touch the
blade. Do not operate the saw if the lower guard does not
move and close freely.
Make sure the depth and angle locking levers are tight and
secure before making a cut.
Do not use damaged or dull blades. Using dull blades may
cause kickback.
KICKBACK WARNING
1. Kickback is a sudden reaction to a pinched, bound or mi-
saligned saw blade, causing an uncontrolled saw to lift up
and out of the workpiece toward the operator.
2. If the blade is twisted or misaligned in the cut, the teeth
at the back edge of the blade can dig into the top surfa-
ce of the wood, which may cause the blade to jump back
towards the operator.
3. Maintain a firm grip with both hands on the saw and posi-
tion your arms to resist kickback forces.
4. Never attempt to remove the saw from the workpiece while
the blade is in motion to avoid kickback. If a blade is bin-
ding, release the trigger and hold the saw motionless in the
material until it completely stops.
5. When cutting large panels, to avoid kickback, support must
be placed under the panel on both sides, near the line of
cut and near the edge of the panel.
6. After a kickback, when restarting a saw in the workpiece,
center the saw blade in the kerf and check that saw teeth
are not engaged into the wood.
ASSEMBLY
Removal of the saw blade
1. Press the spindle lock button and hold it down to prevent
its rotation.
2. Using the Allen wrench, unscrew the bolt from the blade
turning in rotation direction.
3. Lift the blade guard using the lower guard lever and hold
firmly.
4. Remove the clamping flange, outer flange and the saw
blade from the spindle.
Mounting the saw blade
1. Clean the saw blade and all clamping parts to be assem-
bled.
2. Lift the retracting blade guard and hold firmly.
3. Place the saw blade onto the mounting bolt.
NOTE! The cutting direction of the teeth (direction or arrow on
the saw blade) and the direction-of-rotation arrow on the blade
guard must correspond.
4. Mount the bolt and washer onto the spindle turning in ro-
tation direction.
5. Press the spindle lock button and keep it pressed.
6. With the Allen wrench, tighten the clamping bolt turning in
rotation direction.
Installing the rip guide

gh all the three slots on
the base plate at the front
of the saw, starting with
the slot on the left side
edge of the base.
2. Slide the guide through the slots until it extends out to the
right side of the base plate.
3. Adjust the rip guide for the desired width of cut.
