1.7 Safety instructions
In most cases, the installation does not require a
permit due to the size and type of mounting. Ho-
wever, in some places you may still need to apply
for a building permit for the installation of the con-
servatory.
In addition, minimum distances from neighbours
and property boundaries may have to be obser-
ved.
Compliance with regionally varying building regu-
lations such as roof pitches and snow loads is the
responsibility of the user.
Furthermore, static properties are largely depen-
dent on the installation site and the load-bearing
wall elements and cannot be assessed across the
board by the manufacturer.
►Before installation, inform yourself thoroughly
about the laws, ordinances, statutes and de-
velopment plans applicable in your region.

Components that are not installed or not in-
stalled properly can fall down and injure
people and damage property.
►Observe the local building regulations
before installation.
►Place the product on stable ground.
►Be sure to follow the specified sequen-
ce and procedure when processing and
working with the materials.
►Make sure that there are no children or
pets in the assembly area.

►Do not step on or bend individual parts
that have not yet been assembled.
►Secure the installation site with barrier
tape.
►Do not install the product in windy or wet
weather.
►Do not walk on the roof of the conserva-
tory.
►Wear abrasion-resistant, cut- and punc-
ture-resistant and long-armed protective
clothing (e.g. work gloves according to
EN 388, protective work shoes with non-
slip soles according to EN ISO 20345, etc.)
when assembling, repairing and maintai-
ning the product.
Modification of the product can lead to inju-
ries and damage to property.
►Only use the product with the original
parts supplied and in its original condition.
►Only use spare parts approved by the
manufacturer.
►Do not add any components not inclu-
ded in the scope of delivery and do not
omit any prescribed ones.

►Do not handle parts such as broken or
burr-containing materials with bare hands.
►Use suitable protective equipment
and tools.
2. Description and function
This product is a winter garden for extending your
living area outside. It has a floor area of approx.
16.0 m² and is equipped with lockable double sli-
ding doors on 3 sides. The roof and side walls are
covered with a protective UV layer and provide
a weather-protected indoor area. The adjustable
rain drains ensure regulated water run-off.
