STEP 3.1:
Put the protective FOAM on the CPU so that it
doesn't touch the DIE. Position the protective
FOAM so the DIE is in the center of the
protective FOAM.
STEP 3.2:
Apply a small drop of Thermal Grizzly
Conductonaut liquid metal paste and spread it
evenly over the DIE with cotton swabs that are
included in the bag. Use the provided needle
accessory that is included in the bag. Don't
press the syringe too hard!

STEP 4: ATTACHING MOUNTING
SCREWS
Install 4x mounting thumb screws through
your motherboard to the backplate.
STEP 5: INSTALLING THE FANS TO
THE RADIATOR
Assemble the fans to the radiator with the UNC
6-32 x 30mm screws.
STEP 6: REMOVING THE COLD-PLATE
PROTECTIVE COVER
Remove
the
protective
cover
from
backside of the pump unit. It is there only to
prevent damage to the cold-plate.
