- Seite 3 AND SAFETY NORMS INTRODUCTION The machine S510 is an industrial glass-washing machine. The machine is in compliance with the European Norms 89/336/CEE for the radio noises. According to EEC directive nr.23 of 19/02/1973 and the law of actuation nr.791 of 18/10/1987, our appliances are built-up according to the good technique norms in force in Italy and abroad.
- Seite 4 DEUTSCH UND SICHEREITSNORMEN EINFÜHRUNG Die maschine S510 ist ein industrieller Gläserspüler. Die Maschine entspricht der Funkentstörung 89/336/CEE. Gemäß der EWU-Richtlinien Nr. 23 vom 10.02.1973 und des Anwendungsgesetzes Nr. 791 vom 18.10.1987, sind unsere Geschirrspüler nach den gültigen Techniknormen in Italien und im Außland gebaut.

The machine protection degree is IP21, therefore it should not be washed with direct high pressure jet water. The objects to be washed should be correctly arranged for a good washing-up result.

- Seite 11 DESCALING When hard water is used you can find, inside the machine and also on dishes, calcareous sediments which must be removed both for hygienic and operating reasons by a descaling operation. Operating process and frequency of this intervention are suggested by your cleansing agent supplier who has suitable products, generally containing phosphoric acid.
- Seite 12 Teil 1 - FÜR DEN BENUTZER ARBEITSWEISE UND ANWENDUNG Die Gläserspülmaschine S510 erlaubt, 20÷30 Körbe pro Stunde zu reinigen. Keine alten oder rissigen Geschirrteile verwenden, hier besteht die Gefahr von Bakterienbildung. Bei kalkartiger Ablagerung sollte man von Zeit zu Zeit die Geschirrteile in einer Lösung, die vom Lieferant empfohlen wird, entkalken.
- Seite 13 AUFBEREITUNG GESCHIRRANORDNUNG (Für Maschinen mit Reinigungsapparat) Für eine optimale Geschirrsäuberung ist dessen Wenn die Maschine mit einem Wassereiniger richtige Anordnung wichtig: Bei Drahtkörben dagegen werden Teller mit dem Konkavteil ausgerüstet ist, kann man die Aufbereitung (Wasseraufbereitung) ausführen: jeden Abend nach unten eingestellt.
