Check plug
Check if voltage is the same as specified on rating label
Remove plug and plug in again
Call service center
Check if there is foreign matter or capsule stuck in chamber
Check if the capsule is as designated
Call service center
Check water tank and make sure it is placed in position
Check capsule and make sure it is placed in position
Change to a new capsule
Check water tank.
Make sure water tank is positioned correctly.
Push the handle and hold a couple of seconds to help the pump release water.
