Assembly and installation
(without the mounting plate)
L oosen the screws of the cover and
remove the cover. Insert four 4 mm
screws with a head diameter of 6 to
7 mm into the openings and mount
the lower part of the device on the
wall, ceiling or a panel. In case of
screws with a head diameter which
is too small, use the appropriate
washers with a diameter of 6 to 7 mm.
L ead the connection cables through
the cable glands and connect them
to the terminal clamps. The clamps
are disposed in 3 blocks in the
terminal compartment (corresponding
to L , N and earth). The three clamps
of each block are bridged. You can
connect up to 3 devices.
Only use wires with an outer diameter
of Ø8 to 1 5.5 mm, the IP66 rating
of the device cannot be otherwise
guaranteed. The cable glands must
be tightened using a tightening
torque of 2.5 to 3.5 Nm.
The cover screws must be tightened
using a tightening torque of 1 .2 Nm.
The terminal box can be installed in
any position.

Mount the mounting plate on the wall
using four screws with a diameter
of 6 to 8 mm. Choose the right
screws with the appropriate length
depending on the surface bearing
capacity.
The possible mounting positions
of different signalling devices on
the mounting plate are presented in
the mounting plan. The devices are
connected according to the relevant
device instructions.
L oosen the cover screws of the

used.
Mounting accessories for signal-
ling devices (6 M6x1 6 screws with
self-locking nuts) are included.
Instructions on the cable
glands and blanking plug
The cable gland must comply with
the
requirements
on
protection, temperature rating of
-40°C Ta +70°C and IP66 rating.
Use only the correct tools for the
assembly of the cable connections
and the cable gland!
The cable gland can only be used for
fixed cable routing.
Observe the following when mounting
the blanking plug:
1 . Only use the appropriate blanking
plug for the cable gland.
