Assembly Instructions
Beore beginning assembly, be sure to observe our recom-
mendations and saety instructions.
Step 1:
Remove the treadmill
1. Remove all small parts, loose packing material out o the box
and then take out with help o a second person the preassem-
bled rame o packaging. Put your hands below the main rame
(1) to take out o carton and take care o no squeezing. Don't
cut the nylon strap or removing the main rame rom carton.
Step 2:
Unolding the support tubes (2)
1. Cut the nylon strap with care and unlock the let and right
supports (2L+2R) by turning the handle knob let and right
(24L+24R) in un-lock position.
2. Fold up the supports let and right side (2L+2R) with care and
lock up the upright position o supports (2L+2R) by turning the
handle knob let and right (24L+24R) into lock position.
Step 3:
Positioning the handles (4)
1. Rotate the handles (4L + 4R) down.
2. Rotate the computer (3) until the positioning pin (9) pops up.
