DESCRIPTION
The battery trimmer is a battery powered power tool. The drive is a DC
commutator motor with permanent magnets. This type of device is
intended for work in the home garden. The grass trimmer has been
designed for trimming grass at the edges or corners of lawns and flower
beds where the mower cannot reach.

OPERATING

Removing / inserting the battery
• Press the battery clamp button and slide the battery out
• Insert the charged battery into the handle in the handle until the
battery button clicks into place (fig. A).
Installation of the cover
• Place the cover on the motor housing with the cover part facing the
operator.
• Tighten the cover to the motor housing with the provided screws (fig.
B).
Edge bar
The edge bar is intended for trimming grass at the edges or corners of
lawns. It protects the cutting element against damage by sharp edges, e.g.
concrete pavement rim. The edge bar on the motor housing can be
adjusted by inserting or extending it as required (fig. C).
Auxiliary handle control
The auxiliary handle is designed for both right and left-handed people.
When starting work, always hold the trimmer firmly with both hands using
both handles.
• Loosen the auxiliary handle lock knob and position the auxiliary
handle in the most convenient position for the job.
• Tighten the auxiliary handle locking knob to lock it in position (fig D).
Telescopic tube length adjustment
Adjusting the length of the telescopic tube allows you to adjust the height
of the device for people of different height and posture.
• Loosen the telescopic tube lock ring.
• Extend / insert the telescopic tube to the desired length.
• Lock in place by tightening the telescopic tube lock ring (fig. E).
Head inclination
Thanks to the practical function of changing the angle of the head position
in relation to the main handle, it is possible to trim the edges of lawns and
flower beds and mow in hard-to-reach places, such as under a bench,
hammock, table, etc.
• Press the head tilt angle lock button.
• By pressing on the telescopic tube, select the appropriate angle of
inclination of the head.
• Release the pressure on the head tilt angle lock button, which will
automatically lock the selected position.
Be especially careful when using the trimmer to trim the edges of lawns
and flower beds vertically. You should stay out of the plane of rotation of
the cutting line to avoid the risk of being hit by a torn object. (fig. F)
Head rotation
Thanks to the function of turning the main handle 90 ° to the left or right in
relation to the head, it is possible to cut the edges of lawns and flower beds
vertically.
Holding the trimmer body, pull back the telescopic tube and turn it 90 ° to
the left or right (as indicated on the ring).
Release the pressure and under the pressure of the spring the telescopic
tube with the main handle will be locked in the selected position (fig. G).
Turn on / off
The switch of the trimmer is protected against accidental activation.
Turning on - press the switch lock button and press the switch button.
Switching off - release the pressure on the switch button (fig. H).
The cutting elements continue to rotate after the engine has been switched
off. Never try to lock the switch in the on position.
All parts should be properly installed and meet the requirements for proper
and safe operation of the trimmer. Any damaged safety component or part
should be repaired or replaced immediately.
Tips for safe and effective use
• When mowing long grass, work should be done gradually in layers.
• Keep the trimmer away from hard objects and crops.
