The switch box must be fixed to the fixing eyelet outside the well in a flood-proof
location.
Never run the pump against a closed pressure line.
Lower the device
• Lower the device by the fastening rope into the well or shaft.
• Please make sure that the pump is completely submerged in water.
• Connect the mains plug of the control box to the socket.
Switch on device
• To put the device into operation, switch on the on/off switch (8), p.10.
• The red alarm light (9) , p.10 lights up.
An overload switch trips if the pump is overloaded. After the cooling phase, press the
on/off switch again.
• The device starts pumping water.
Switch off the device
• Switch off the on/off switch.
• The red alarm light (9) , p.10 switches off.
• Pull the mains plug.
