This appliance is designed for household use only.
Use it for its intended purpose as indicated on the instructions.
Place the scale on firm, level ground. Do not place it on an uneven surface as this type of surface
will not give reliable results.
Be sure to position yourself in the center of the scale to avoid tipping over. Do not move during
the weighing.
NEVER step on the scale with wet feet as the weighing platform can be very slippery if it is wet.
Make sure the tray and your feet are dry before using it.
Please take off your shoes before weighing yourself to avoid damaging the glass platform. Never
step on it with socks on.
Do not jump or stomp your foot on the scale.
Do not damage the snap button by tapping it with your foot.
Do not expose your device to direct sunlight. Keep it away from any source of heat, humidity, or
drastic changes in temperature.
Handle the scale with care when moving to avoid dropping it. Avoid bumps and jolts.
Do not use the device if it is not working properly, if it has been dropped on the ground or in
water, or if it has been damaged.
Do not attempt to disassemble the device. The device does not contain parts that can be
serviced or replaced by the user.
If the device is broken, do not repair the device yourself. All the repairs must be made by a
qualified technician.
Do not store your device in an upright position.
Do not place any objects on the scale.

Place the scale on a stable, firm surface. All four feet of the
scale must be in contact with the ground.
Place both feet on the scale platform.
Stay still while your weight is displayed. When your weight is
determined, it flashes twice. Step off the scale. It turns off
about 10 seconds later.
