Switch off the air cleaner and unplug it from the wall socket.

Clean the air cleaner, the particle sensor and the surface of the filter (see chapter "Care and cleaning").

Wrap the appliance in an air-tight plastic bag.
„
Store the air cleaner and filter in a cool, dry place.
„
Wash your hands thoroughly after each contact with the filter.
„

WARNING!
Before correcting a fault, switch off the device and unplug it! Failure to do so
may result in injury or electric shock.

Device does not work
No air quality indication on the
display
The filter status display does not go
out after the first 1500 hours of use
ATTENTION!
Never open the device! Only have the device serviced or repaired by a qualified
technician.

Possible cause / solution
Check if the appliance is connected to a working electrical
outlet.
If the socket is defective, try another one.
Check if the plastic bag of the filter has been removed.
Check that the charging cable is inserted correctly into the
charging socket.
Check if the appliance is too close to the wall and the filter is
blocked. Clean the sensor as described in chapter „Care and
cleaning".
Reset the filter display as described in chapter „Using the air
cleaner".
