IP pass through RS232 Command
Das "IP pass through RS232" Kommando dient zum Senden von IP-Daten über
RS232 und umgekehrt. Das bedeutet, daß eine QuickControl 4.0 wie ein
Repeater arbeiten kann.

NUM: 0 LAN 1:Rs232 port 1 2:Rs232 port 2
MSG: Daten für das "pass through" Kommando
<CR> ist 0D im HEX-Format
