Type C function
The product can function as a USB hub when
connected to a PC via an USB Type-C cable. You
can connect an input or output device directly to
the monitor without having to connect it to the PC.
The monitor can charge your notebook when you
connect it using a Type-C cable with 65 W DP
charging support.
Charging and USB hub functions are supported at
the same time.
USB UP function
Use an USB 3.0 type-A / type-B cable to connect
your computer with the monitor. When the KVM
function is selected during the USB type-B
connection, the USB hub and LAN hub will be
supported via USB UP.
Note: USB device data and LAN network port
data are transferred to the computer via USB-UP,
the speed rate is USB 3.1.

If there are any problems during operation, please refer to the following table. If problems cannot be
solved as indicated under Solution, please contact your manufacturer.

Possible causes
• No signal
• Interrupted power supply
• Brightness and contrast too low • Adjust the brightness and contrast
• Headphone/ Speaker not
connected
• Computer audio setting wrong
• Loose or broken pins in the
cable connector
• Cable not connected
• Display card not up to date
• Cable not supporting 65 W PD
Cleaning and Care
• Always unplug the power supply from the power
outlet before cleaning.
• Caution! Water must not enter the device.
• Clean the housing with a slightly damp cloth.
Clean the display with special screen cleaning
cloths. Always check the instructions of the
cleaning agent. Certain agents might not be
suitable for cleaning this product.
• Do not use any sharp, abrasive or aggressive
cleaning agents.
• Do not use any chemicals (e.g. gas, alcohol) to
clean the housing.
Disposal
Do not dispose of this appliance as unsorted
municipal waste. Return it to a designated
collection point for the recycling of WEEE.
By doing so, you will help to conserve resources
and protect the environment. Contact your retailer
or local authorities for more information.
Solution
• Check the power indicator at the back,
if the light is on, check the signal input; if
the light is off, check the power supply
• Check the connection of head phone/
speaker
• Check the audio setting of computer
• Check the HDMI or DP cable to make
sure it is in good condition and securely
connected
• Check the cable connection and try to
update the drive of the display card
• Ensure the Type-C cable is supporting
65 W PD
