12. DAMAGE REQUIRING REPAIR - The appliance must be repaired by qualified
service personnel when :
a. The power cord or plug is damaged.
b. The device has been dropped or liquid has been poured into the device.
c. The device has been exposed to rain.
d. The device has been dropped or the packaging is damaged.
e. The device does not seem to be operating normally.
13. MAINTENANCE - The user must not attempt to repair the device beyond what is
described in the instructions for use. All other maintenance operations should be
performed by qualified service personnel.
To avoid possible hearing damage, avoid prolonged listening at high volumes. Constant
exposure to high volume while using headphones can cause hearing damage. Always
check the volume before using the headphones. Using headphones while driving is not
recommended and is even prohibited by law in some countries. If you find listening to your
device distracting while driving any vehicle or performing activities that require your full
attention, stop listening to music on your device.
Notes on batteries:
1. Do not mix batteries of different types.
2. Do not mix old and new batteries.
3. Remove the batteries from remote control if not in use for a long time. Toxic liquid
may leak. In this case, do not touch the liquid leaking from the batteries.
4. Do not throw batteries into fire.
