Breathing training
Perform breathing exercises with the help of your smartwatch by selecting the "Breathe"
option from the general menu.
Press the blue button that will appear on the screen to start and select the desired time
and speed to perform these exercises.
The watch will indicate the types of breaths to follow for a correct exercise.
Menstrual cycle control
With URBAN PLUS you don't need extra apps to keep track of your menstrual cycle.
Select the "Cycle control" option from the general menu to access this data.
Connect the APP and check the detailed data of your menstrual cycle through a very
detailed calendar in the "Profile" section. You can also create alerts and reminders.
Game Apps
This smartwatch model allows you to play games directly from the screen.
Download the games from the App in the "App Market" section under "Device" and they
will be synchronized directly with your URBAN PLUS.
To play them just enter the "Games" section of the general menu and select the one you
like the most.
Weather
The weather function displays the current weather information and the forecast for the
coming week.
Look for the "Weather" option within the general menu to consult it.
For the forecast to be successful, you must have activated this option through the "Device"
section of the app in the corresponding section, allowing access to your cell phone data.
Music player
After connecting your device, you will be able to control the music player on your phone.
Select the "Music" option from the main menu. You will then have the option to change
tracks, switch back and forth, pause and play.
