One-hand brake, retrofit kit Item code: 1826
Loose the screws on the existing brakes until the brake can be removed from
the pipes. (fig. 1)
Remove the Bowden cable from the brakes. (fig. 2)
Insert both Bowden cables into the one-hand brake. Make sure that the Bowden
cable for the left wheel is built into the brake on the left and also the right one.

Loose the screws on the one-hand brake so that the clamp is in two parts. Then
place both parts around a pipe (left or right) and screw them together. (fig. 4)

Remove the Bowden cable on the spiral spring from the holder. (fig. 5)
Now disassemble the existing braking plates of the trio walker and replace them
with the delivered braking plates (only retrofit kit).
Press the brake booster firmly onto the delivered braking plates. (fig. 6)
Hook the Bowden cable into the holder. (as fig. 5)
If the Bowden cable is set too tight, the nut on the spiral spring must be loose-
ned. (fig. 7)
Now extend the Bowden cable (move the attachment backwards).
When the correct distance has been found, tighten the nut and hang in the
Bowden cable.
