9.0 TROUBLESHOOTING
THE HEADPHONES AND DEVICE DO NOT PAIR.
1. Make sure the headphones are not connected to the charger.
2. Turn the Bluetooth OFF, then on again on the source device.
3. Turn OFF the Bluetooth feature on any other device that is paired with the
headphones.
4. Hold the button near charging port for 5 seconds.
5. Make sure "ROTTER - ENC" is selected in the Bluetooth device list
6. If the above suggestions do not work, please contact customer support to issue
replacement headphones.
NO AUDIO OR POOR AUDIO QUALITY FROM A CONNECTED BLUETOOTH
DEVICE.
1. Move the device closer to the headphones, physical objects between the headphone
and the source may obstruct the signal.
2. Try another music application or try another track.
3. Try a different audio device.
4. If any of the above suggestions work, please contact customer support to issue
replacement headphones.
ONE HEADPHONE IS NOT WORKING / DEFECT.
1. Please reset the headphones from factory.
2. If the problem is not solved, please contact customer support.
HEADPHONES DO NOT CHARGE.

FACTORY RESET.
1. Power OFF the headphones.
2. Hold power button >8 seconds to restart.
3. Hold the button near the charging port for 5 seconds.
