INBETRIEBNAHME
Vor dem ersten Gebrauch Gerät mit einem weichen, feuchten
Tuch und handelsüblichen Spülmittel reinigen. Achten Sie
darauf, dass das Kabel und der Stecker nicht nass werden.
Spülmittelreste entfernen, anschließend trocken reiben.
Prüfen Sie ob der Thermostat auf „0" steht.
- Stecken Sie den Stecker in die Steckdose.
- Schalten Sie das Gerät mit dem Ein-/ Ausschalter ein.
Die Kontrolllampe des Schalters leuchtet grün auf und zeigt
an, dass das Gerät mit Strom versorgt wird.
- Vor der 1. Inbetriebnahme empfiehlt es sich, das Gerät ca.
30 Minuten bei Höchsttemperatur ohne Pflanzenöl oder
Speisen aufheizen zu lassen.
Dazu den Temperaturregler auf 300 °C stellen (im
Uhrzeigersinn), die gelbe Lampe leuchtet und zeigt den
Aufheizvorgang an.
Ist die eingestellte Temperatur erreicht, wird der Heizvorgang
beendet, gelbe Lampe erlischt.
Bei Erreichen der Mindesttemperatur der gewählten
Einstellung beginnt der Heizvorgang von vorne, gelbe
Lampe leuchtet und die Temperatur erreicht schnell wieder
den eingestellten Höchstwert.
Dieser Vorrang wiederholt sich ständig um eine gleichmäßige
Arbeitstemperatur zu gewährleisten.
Nach den 30 Minuten den Temperaturregler zurückstellen
(entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn), Gerät ausschalten und
abkühlen lassen.
- Für die anschließende Benutzung zur Zubereitung von
Speisen nach der Geräteeinschaltung (grüne Lampe leuchtet)
die erforderliche Temperatur auswählen. Gelbe Lampe – das
Gerät heizt auf.
- Ist die Temperatur erreicht – gelbe Lampe aus, Ihr Gerät ist
betriebsbereit.
- Die Bratplatte mit Pflanzenöl und einem geeigneten Pinsel
einstreichen und das Bratgut mit einem Spachtel auflegen.
ACHTUNG: Nie mit einem Messer auf der Platte schneiden
oder keine anderen spitzen Gegenstände benutzen, sonst
kann die Oberfläche beschädigt werden.
Mit dem Spachtel auch Bratgut wenden, entnehmen und
vorsichtig Rückstände von der Platte entfernen (Spachtel
flach ziehen).
- Bei Bedarf Fettauffangbehälter zwischenzeitlich leeren.
- Wenn Sie das Gerät nicht mehr benötigen, schalten Sie es
aus, stellen den Temperaturregler zurück und ziehen den
Netzstecker.
- Nach dem Abkühlen reinigen Sie das Gerät gründlich und
trocknen die Teile gut ab. Der Fettauffangbehälter kann
zur Reinigung entnommen werden und somit auch in der
Spül-maschine/-becken gereinigt werden. Anschließend gut
abtrocknen.

COMMISSIONING
Before using the device for the first time, clean it with a soft,
damp cloth and commercially available detergent. Make sure
that the cable and plug do not get wet. Remove the detergent
residue and then rub dry.
Check that the thermostat is set to „0".
- Insert the plug into the socket.
- Switch on the appliance with the on/off switch.
The control lamp of the switch lights up green and indicates
that the appliance is supplied with power.
- It is recommended to let the appliance heat up for approx.
30 minutes at maximum temperature without vegetable oil or
food before the first start-up.
To do this, set the temperature controller to 300 °C (clockwise),
the yellow lamp lights up and indicates the heating process.
Once the set temperature has been reached, the heating
process is terminated and the yellow lamp goes out.
When the minimum temperature of the selected setting is
reached, the heating process starts again from the beginning,
the yellow lamp lights up and the temperature quickly returns
to the set maximum value.
This priority is repeated constantly to ensure a uniform
working temperature.
After 30 minutes, reset the temperature control
(counterclockwise), switch off the appliance and allow it to
cool down.
- Select the required temperature for subsequent use to
prepare food after switching on the appliance (green lamp
lights up). Yellow lamp - the appliance heats up.
- If the temperature is reached - yellow lamp off, your appliance
is ready for use.
- Coat the roasting plate with vegetable oil and a suitable
brush and place the food on top with a spatula.
ATTENTION: Never cut on the plate with a knife or use any
other sharp objects, otherwise the surface may be damaged.
With the spatula also turn the food to be fried, remove and
carefully remove residues from the plate (pull spatula flat).
- If necessary, empty the grease container in the meantime.
- If you no longer need the appliance, switch it off, reset the
temperature controller and pull the mains plug.
- After cooling down, clean the appliance thoroughly and dry
the parts thoroughly. The grease collection container can be
removed for cleaning and can therefore also be cleaned in the
dishwasher/bowl. Then dry well.
