FLAT HAT HOOP INSTRUCTIONS

The Flat Hat Hoop is designed to complement our
elna machine's professional embroidery abilities and
facilitates the embroidering of all types of caps.
Hat hoop kit includes:
• 1 Hat Hoop Base Plate
• 1 Hat Hoop Clamping Plate
• 2 Clamping Knobs
• Instructions
• 2 - 8.5" X 12" Sample of Tear Stabilizer
Additional supplies needed:
• Adhesive Stabilizer (for future usage)
• Stapler
• Tape
Improper use of the Hat Hoop could cause
Note:
damage to your embroidery machine. Please follow
the instructions carefully.
Hat hop preparation:
1. Attach the hoop to the hoop brackets. Select
the desired design. Select Hoop icon. Select S
hoop category. Select H1 Hoop. The machine
will automatically rotate the design 90 degrees,
so that the top of the design is to the right and
the bottom of the design is to the left.
Note: Only use designs that are designed for
the H1 Hoop (4" X 3.5''). Selecting a design that
is too large for the Hat Hoop opening will cause
the embroidery feet to hit the hoop and could
cause damage to your embroidery machine.

Use the Tracing function and the placement
arrows to verify that the design will stitch within
the open area of the hoop.
After verifying that the entire embroidery design

will stitch within the open area of the hat hoop,
disconnect the hoop from the machine.
Cut a 8.5" x 12" piece of adhesive stabilizer.

Remove the paper backing. Carefully attach
the sticky side of the stabilizer to the back of
the hoop, beginning at one side. Gently pull
the stabilizer across the opening and press the
edges of the stabilizer firmly to the edges of the
hoop. If the stabilizer is not pulled flat and taut,
pull the edges and reset the stabilizer.
5. In order to reduce cost and time for several hats
at a time, cut out a square (approximately 2.7" x
2.7") from the embroidery area of the stabilizer.

Le cerceau pour broderie sur casquette est conçu
pour compléter les fonctionnalités de broderie pro-
fessionnelle de nos machines Elna et simplifier les
tâches de broderie sur les casquettes et chapeaux.
Le kit du cerceau pour broderie
sur casquette comprend :
• 1 socle pour le cerceau pour broderie sur
casquette
• 1 plaque stabilisatrice pour le cerceau
• 2 vis de blocage
• Mode d'emploi
Fournitures supplémentaires
nécessaires :
• Entoilage autocollant (pour utilisation future)
• Agrafeuse
• Ruban adhésif
Remarque:
Une utilisation incorrecte du cerceau
pour broderie sur casquette peut endommager
votre brodeuse. Veuillez suivre les instructions
attentivement.
Préparation du cerceau pour
broderie sur casquette:
1. Fixez le cerceau aux bras de broderie.
Choisissez votre motif. Sélectionnez l'icône
du cerceau. Sélectionnez le type de cerceau.
Sélectionnez le cerceau H1. La machine tourne
automatiquement le motif à 90 degrés, de
manière à ce que le haut du motif se trouve
à droite et que le bas du motif se trouve à
gauche.
Remarque : Utilisez seulement des motifs
adaptés au cerceau H1, d'un format 10 cm x
8,80 cm (4" X 3,5"). Si vous choisissez un motif
trop grand pour l'intérieur du cerceau, le pied
pour broderie heurtera le cerceau et pourrait
endommager la brodeuse.
2. Utilisez la fonction de tracé et les flèches de
positionnement pour vérifier que le motif sera
brodé à l'intérieur du cerceau.
Après avoir vérifié que le motif entier sera brodé

à l'intérieur du cerceau, détachez le cerceau de
la machine.
4. Découpez un morceau d'entoilage autocollant
de 21,50 cm x 30 cm (8,5" x 12"). Retirez le
papier collant. Collez avec soin le côté adhésif
de l'entoilage à l'envers du cerceau,
