6) Pleace the sterring wheel on the fork.
7) Tight the clamp.
8) Remove the blind nuts and locking caps from the
wheels. Put the wheel on the fork and put on the
locking pads.
9) Install the blinds nuts and tighten them. Install the
second wheel in the same way.
10) Install the seat post into the frame.
