Deactivation, Automated or Manual
Deactivate the unit by pressing the power button (for roughly
1 second). The unit will automatically turn off after 6 minutes
(Power Saver mode for shipping). The unit also has an electronic
system for detecting the cover. If the ultrasonic cover has not
been put in place, is incorrect or defective, the unit will automa-
tically deactivate and the lower green LED will turn off.

LED Indicators

Green POWER LED
Press the power button for roughly
1 second (activation protection) to
turn the unit on. The lowest green LED
will light (operational indicator).

Green Fully Charged LED
This blinking green LED indicates
that the battery has been fully charged.

Green Partially Charged LED
This blinking green LED indicates
that the battery has been charged
to the 30% level.

Blue Charging LED
If power is being properly supplied
to the hand unit at 100-240V, this
LED will be blue. Once the unit has
been completely charged, the LED
will be darker (charging state check).
y
CHECK/FAILURE Red LED
If the battery is empty or there is a failure in the unit, this LED will be
red. When the unit turns off, the red LED will blink for 5 seconds and
then turn off.
Using the emmi®-skin INTENSE with 100% Original
emmi®-skin Ultrasonic
When the unit has been turned on, you will feel it vibrate and
hear a soft indicator tone. Because ultrasound cannot be seen,
heard or felt, a small motor has been built into the hand unit
so that the user can feel and hear when the unit has been acti-
vated and is ready for use. A soft tone will be generated every
6 seconds over the ideal usage period as well as when its position
is changed. The motor will also stop briefly so that you receive
tactile feedback. The tone can be turned off, as described above.
