1. Open the battery compartment cover.
2. Put 4 x 1.5V "AA" non-rechargeable batteries into the
battery compartment, and make sure that the metal
terminals on the battery are connected to the metal
terminals in the battery compartment.
3. Close the battery compartment cover.
