Troubleshooting
No sound
• Check if the unit is connected securely with other systems including amplifier or TV.
• Make sure that the TV or amplifier is working correctely.
• Make sure the system setting is correct.
Disc can not be played
• Make sure there is a media disk in the player.
• Check whether there is only one disk in the player.
• Make sure the disk you are trying to play is for the correct region.
Remote control does not work
• Check whether the batteries energy is sufficient. If necessary replace the batteries of the remote control with
new ones.
• Point the remote control at the remote control sensor of the unit.
• If the remote IR sensor is connected, aim the remote at the other sensor and not at the unit.
Twisting image
• Check whether the disk is scratched or dirt is present. If this happens, clean the disk and turn off the player
for 10 minutes. Then start the player again.
Button does not work
• This may caused by unstable electrical current or other abnormalities. Turn off the power and restart after 10
minutes.
Technical terms
TITLE
For DVD disc it is defined as a long complete segment of image or music or a movie. Each title has a number
and makes it easy to search.
TRACK
The image or music of a VCD or CD. Each track has a number for search.
CHAPTER
It is smaller than the title among the units of a DVD, it is defined as a long complete segment of image or music
or movie. A title is made up of several chapters and each chapter has a number you can search for.
